Muhammad Ikmal Fahmi Bin Che Mohamood : (born 05 April 1998) is a journalist and an entrepreneur. In early 2023, Ikmal Fahmi published his e-book called Explore Inner Self. He then won a grant worth RM 4500 in YSEALI Bootcamp 2022 which enabled him to organise an expo for children called Kau Okay Tak K.O.T Expo in June 2023. In early 2024, he ventured into his news agency start-up called IF Reporter. In August 2024, he joined the Maybank Empowering Youths volunteer program to work on the Natural Dye Laboratory and Planting (NDLP) project in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Education and personal life
Ikmal Fahmi was born in Kelantan, Malaysia and the eight among nine siblings, with five sisters, 2 older brother, and a little sister He owns a female persian cat named Mariam.
He started his studies at Tadika Nurul Islam, and went to SK Hamzah 1 for his primary school. He went to SMK Machang for secondary education.
Ikmal Fahmi enrolled in a few universities between 2018 to 2023 after multiple episodes of mental health issues. From National University of Malaysia, ASWARA to MARA Poly-tech College. He then resumed business administration studies at UNITAR International University in 2024.
During secondary education, he was active in non-sport activities. He joined school singing group and participated in environmental projects. In university life, he is active at International level by joining international conferences and cultural exchange programmes .

2021---2022 : Early Career
AYO ASEAN Ambasssadorship Programme 2021 had become an enabler for Ikmal Fahmi to be active in mental health activism. In this ambassadorship programme, he organised Student Forum : Mental Health. He continued to be active and vocal in mental health awareness which enabled him to speak at Arus Anak Muda's 'Mental Health Matters Forum 2021.
2023---until now
